The hotel shuttle runs 24 hrs on call to/from SFO Airport. For shuttle from hotel to SFO Airport, you may arrange for this with front desk the night before your departure and the driver will pick you up in front of your guest room at the designated time. For shuttle from SFO Airport to hotel, gather your luggage first and then go upstairs to departure level and follow the signs to hotel shuttles which will take you outside the terminal to the center island. Call from the courtesy phone located there or from you cell phone direct at (650) 588-8500 and request your pick up.

Dinner, music, dancing, personalized name badge (for those paying by the deadline), Reunion Memory Download (must provide us with a valid email address). Your download will contain photos from the evening of your event, a Classmate Directory and Biography featuring information about your classmates. Refund & Transfer Policy
Ticket and/or merchandise refund requests must be received in writing within 14 days of the original purchase date. All refunds are subject to a $25.00 per ticket or $5.00 per merchandise item processing fee. Refunds are not available within 30 days of the event and any purchases made within 30 days of the event (or after the event) are non-refundable.
Ticket transfers can be made up to 31 days prior to your reunion. Transfers are subject to a $25.00 per ticket transfer fee and all requests must be made in writing by the original ticket purchaser. No transfers will be made within 30 days of your reunion.

While unlikely, event location, dates and times, meals and other details are subject to change. In the event that your reunion is rescheduled for any reason, ticket transfer fees will be waived and will be allowed until 10 days prior to your reunion. Some services, such as DJ, photographer, decor, etc may have minimum attendance numbers and/or may be at the discretion of your committee.
