National Reunion Services’ COVID-19 Response
We understand that these are uncertain times and many of you are wondering what is going on with your reunion. Will it happen? Will it be cancelled? Will it be postponed?
As you may know, the live event and hospitality industry as a whole have been hit hard with cancellations and rescheduling of fairs, concerts, conferences and, yes, reunions.
It has always been our policy that we, as a company, do not cancel reunions. This was true after 9/11, during the SARS and Ebola scares and through many other natural and man-made disasters.
But at times, we need to put the safety of our staff and our clients first. While the majority of our reunions are not currently affected, for that that are, we will work with your committee to reschedule your event for a later date. All tickets purchases will be automatically transferred to the new event date, ticket transfer fees will be waived and will be allowed until 10 days prior to your reunion.
