Services
All of the services listed below are included for our Full Service clients and are offered A La Carte for those clients looking for specific services.
After browsing the list of services below, give us a call or send us an email
and we can help you plan a package that works for you. Our goal is to help you find a manageable balance of work that you
can do, and what you can afford to outsource. If there is something specific
that you are looking for and don't see it here, please let us know.
As you look at the services, keep in mind that while color is a nice thing to have on your printed mailings, very rarely
will it affect the decision of a class member to attend or not attend your reunion. We recommend that you plan to mail at
least three times and if possible four (two post cards and two invitations). It's our feeling that your budget is best spent sending
as many black and white mailings as you can. The color option is offered for those customers that would like something more
and have a little extra money in their budget.
Please let us know if you have any questions.
List of Services:
Name Badges
All of our name badges are 3" x 4" and come in plastic pin-on sleeves. We will print the badges,
place your yearbook photo on them (if you choose that option) and put them in the sleeves for you.
Badges are available in black and white, or color. Color badges include your school logo
(logo must be provided at least 2 weeks prior to printing). We can also design custom badges with
your artwork!

Invitations
Our invitation consists of a two-sided flyer, a registration form, a mailing envelope and postage.
The registration form is always black and white (this works best as they are often faxed back). The
black and white invitations are printed on your choice of colored paper (based on available options). Or, if you prefer, with our
color invitations, you have the option of adding printed color to liven it up.

Post Cards
Post Cards are an inexpensive way to check addresses and remind classmates about the reunion. We suggest
that you use Post Cards as your first mailing to see how many bad addresses you have. This should be done as
soon as you have your date confirmed. All of our mail goes out First Class to ensure that all undeliverable
mail is returned to us. We recommend allowing 4-6 weeks for the post office to return all bad mail before
beginning your research. At this time, we'll supply you with a report that shows you what mail was returned
as undeliverable. This is the time to research the bad names - before you mail your first invitation!
The second Post Card mailing that we recommend should be sent out 2-4 weeks before your reunion. This is to remind anyone
that may not have registered that the reunion is coming up soon. A typical reunion will get 10-15% of the
attendees registering at the door. Like the invitations, color is nice, but really won't affect people's
decision to attend the reunion.

Phone Support
Most people that attend a reunion will call at least once with a question about the evening. With
our professional phone support, these calls will be answered by one of our staff members. This will
eliminate the need to put your home or office number on the invitations and will insure that all
questions are answered in a timely manner. In addition, if we're handling your registration, your
classmates will be able to order tickets and/or merchandise over the phone.

Venue Search & Contract Negotiations
Selecting the right venue is the foundation for every reunion. It sets the theme, the mood, and more importantly,
the price. We'll do all the research and provide you with a list of venues and available dates. You can then
decide what you like best and what will work best for your reunion. We do all the work; you keep all the control,
and take all the bows!
Once the venue has been identified, the next step is to negotiate a contract that's acceptable to both parties.
If you hire us to do nothing else, allow negotiate your hotel contract for you. The contract that a venue
originally sends over has been designed and written to cover them, not you! We have negotiated thousands of hotel
and venue contracts and will make sure that your final contract is fair to both you and the venue. Remember,
reunions are not like any other event. You will be asked to contract for a set number of meals and/or a set dollar
amount before you even send out a Post Card to see how many of your addresses are good. If you get stuck in a
hotel contract that doesn't take reunion specific concerns into consideration, you could end up having to pay the
contract out of your pocket.

Class Address Directories
The address directory is a nice item that can be added into the cost of the tickets to be sure everyone gets one
or can be sold as an optional item. Rather than describe the directory to you, please take a look at the sample
directory.
Should you decide to have us handle your registration on-line for you, you'll have the option of adding,
"What have you been up to?" style questions to the on-line registration form. The answers to these questions
will then be printed after the name and address of the classmate. These are printed and sent to the reunion
and are passed out at the door as people register. This is a great way to get people talking at the reunion and
will cut down on the number of phone calls and emails you get after the reunion asking for people's address or
phone number.

Merchandise
Weather your looking for t-shirts, shot glasses or photo CDs, let us help you find the right
merchandise to complement your reunion. Also, ask about our reunion music CD. Our professional
DJs will take the music of your choose and add them with trivia from your high school days.
These CDs are not generic, but produced specifically for your class!

Tickets
Cost control is an important part of any reunion. Having the venue collect event specific meal tickets is the
best way to control your food costs. When the venue gives you a bill for 200 meals, and you only sold 180,
what will you do? You make it clear to the venue BEFORE YOUR EVENT that you will only pay for the number of
meals that they can supply tickets for. You also have to keep in mind that people, both classmates and people just looking for a free meal,
crash reunions all the time! Most of them aren't trying to steal
from you, they just stop by to say hi to a friend and someone puts a dinner in
front of them--a dinner that someone has to pay for. The solution to this challenge is simple, no ticket, no dinner.

On-Site Staff
Let our staff take the burden off of you and your team. One of the biggest mistakes Committees make when planning
their reunion is to expect that the Committee, or worse, their spouses, will be able to work the registration desk.
It just doesn't work! As the Committee, you will want to, and should, be greeting classmates as they arrive. If
you're doing this at the registration desk, the line will back up and people will get frustrated.
Your spouse... If you really love them, don't even ask! People can get very nasty when registering at the door
for their reunion. Most people are a little anxious to start with so any little problem will set them off. What
kind of problem? The banquet bar not taking credit cards (none do), they mailed their registration
form yesterday and what to know why you don't have it, they had to pay for parking... You name it! The
last think you want is one of your classmates yelling at your well-intended spouse.

Registration
The registration for your reunion can be the most time consuming part of the reunion process.
Depending on what you would like us to do, we can offer phone, web, fax, and mail registration
services. We give you the ability to accept credit cards and process checks safely. This
is one of the services that we offer that is easier to talk about than to write about as there
are so many different options. Please give us a call and we can walk you through them and see
if this is something that will work for you.

Decorations
Decorations at your reunion can range from simple to very extravagant depending on your budget.
We can help with balloons, flowers, themes, etc. On the simple side, we offer "ready to go" decorations.
You give us your school colors and we send you everything you need to do your own balloon centerpieces.
If you want to do something a little special, maybe a 50's sock hop or a Mardi Gras party, ask about our Theme Party Packs.

Entertainment
DJs, bands, clowns, magicians, you name it! If you can dream it up, we can set it up!
Just give us call and let us know what you have in mind.

Research
If finding the right venue is the foundation for a good reunion, research is the backbone! If you
can't find your classmates, you can't invite them, and chances are if they don't know about the
reunion, they aren't coming. We use one of the most high-tech research methods available today,
with a success rate of 80-90%! That means if you give us 100 names to research, we'll give you back
80-90 good addresses. In most cases we can turn your names around in about 72 hours. Remember,
the more information you give us, the better our chances are of finding the person that you're looking for!
Example: If you ask us to locate Mike Blake from the Smallville High Class of 1980, we'll be able to
find possible matches based on approximate age and by knowing that at one point he lived near Smallville
High. But if you ask us to find Michael Thomas Blake, Born in June 1962, and last known address was XYZ
in 1990 when we had our 10-year reunion, we will almost certainly find him!
